Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He also serves as the Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is also a believer for training the next generation biblical counselors. He is a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the author of many online pieces as well as co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne with his wife Leslie and their three children.
